WHO WE ARE

In May of 2016 two couples, Natalie & David Bohannan and Jessica and Shane Irgens, took over Greenwood Physical Therapy clinic. Together they formed a new business--BIG Physical Therapy: derived as an acronym from their surnames, Bohannan-Irgens-Group. The business proved successful and, within a year, they expanded and opened a clinic in nearby Fort Smith. The business continued successful growth and in 2021 the business partners expanded their operation again by opening a third clinic in Barling.

OUR MISSION

BIG Physical Therapy is dedicated to improving the physical and emotional lives of their patients by providing pain relief, improved function, and mobility through physical therapy.

Skye graduated Greenwood high school in 2024. I’ve been working since the end of my junior year of high school. Once I graduated, I made the decision to continue working full time. Before my amazing job at the clinic, I worked at Dollar General in Greenwood as a full time lead. I’m so glad I was given the opportunity to join the BIG team. I love the social environment and the kind faces I get to see everyday. I plan to continue working full time and find opportunities in the work force as I grow and learn. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy being outdoors and being active. I also enjoy art, all things animals, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and doing it all with my significant other Bryce.
